For Models you list, you (the Seller) are the supplier of record, not BharatRouter. You retain sole control over your Model and are responsible for its availability, content, performance, and compliance with applicable law.
You provide BharatRouter an uptime and latency service level for your Models. If a Seller-caused breach triggers a Service Credit to a buyer under the Terms & Conditions, that cost is recovered from you (deducted from your settlement). BharatRouter bears only Service Credits caused by BharatRouter's own infrastructure. Breach attribution is determined from objective monitoring data.
BharatRouter may be an e-commerce operator under Section 52 of the CGST Act and may collect 1% TCS on your net supplies through the Platform (and file GSTR-8); TDS under Section 194-O may also apply. A valid Seller GSTIN is mandatory. Payouts are made net of applicable TCS/TDS, platform commission, and any recovered Service Credits, on the settlement cycle stated in your onboarding terms. You are responsible for your own GST on your supplies.
Commission is charged per your onboarding terms and may be configured on a gross or net basis. First-party (Krutrim) Models are billed directly by BharatRouter at catalog price with no commission and no settlement leg.
You comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 disclosure requirements, and applicable law. You indemnify BharatRouter against claims arising from your Models, your content, your terms, or your breach of this Agreement.
Term and termination, suspension to protect the Platform, confidentiality, and the governing law and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms & Conditionsapply to this Agreement.
